Additional Payment Info: There are reports that Chronopay does not accept credit cards from other countries than Russia, I am unable to confirm the reality of this. Chronopay states there haven’t been problems with payments coming from any European country.
Trustworthy: Partial, works locally with and through other local organizations, but has clear governmental ties.
Additional info: I can personally confirm that the activities of this organization are beneficial to orphans and foundlings within the area of Russia, as they have caused several adoptions for children who lived at a Moscow-based children’s home I used to volunteer at.
