New version

Serve, honor, and respect – three words that should define any army. Soldiers should serve with their comrades, honor fallen brothers, and respect their enemies. Unfortunately, the lack of respect shown by the US army towards its enemies troubles me.

The USA has a history of sending men and women to fight wars in various countries. Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, and many more nations have seen the presence of US soldiers. Regrettably, we hear reports of shaming, rapes, unnecessary killings, and events that demonstrate a lack of respect and honor.

Being a soldier is an arduous task, as they are entrusted with the responsibility of taking lives. While this fact cannot be stigmatized, the rationale often provided is the “protection of democracy.” However, looking at the numerous wars the USA has engaged in, including the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, it becomes evident that the motive is more about “creating democracy.”

But what is the true purpose of democracy? Many countries around the world are still ruled by dictators. The wars initiated by the USA reveal a different answer: “dictatorship does not always have to be bad,” or rather, “democracy is not always good.” People tend to dislike anything that deviates from their own ideas, and this is precisely why phrases like “God bless America” exist. The USA, like many other nations, often fails to look beyond patriotism, which can be considered another form of nationalism. This trend is also visible in Europe, where racism and discrimination have surged since the refugee crisis began.

To achieve peace, we must honor, serve, and respect on a global scale. These three words, commonly used by soldiers, could also be used to describe peace itself. We should serve the world, honor the blessings it offers, and respect all its inhabitants. Ultimately, peace can only be attained when the phrase “God bless the world” replaces the narrow focus on individual nations. Until the USA and the entire world understand this, we will continue to witness war, conflict, and loss of life. Our safety lies in unity, not division. It’s time to embrace respect for others and work towards a closer, more interconnected world. This transformation requires change, and although it may seem daunting, a single change holds the key to its realization: dismantling the country-based system and striving towards one united world.

Conclusion: Embracing unity and peace is essential for a better future. By moving beyond country divisions, we can foster respect, understanding, and cooperation among nations. It’s time to let go of narrow-minded patriotism and nationalism and work towards a world where the phrase “God bless the world” becomes our shared motto.

Old version (To Serve, Honor And Respect)

Ever heard that phrase?
That phrase that ridicules one entire country?
A phrase they think at that country is so important…
“God bless America”…
There is a reason why the United States of America has so many enemies, and that is noticable by just that single phrase…

I am Ukrainian, my father was high placed at the Russian Army, and I am not proud of that.
However, one of the reasons I take both the Ukrainian and Russian army seriously is something that I got told by both sides.
An army comrade of my dad, and my uncle(active at the Ukrainian army) said to me something, something that translates to the same:
“God bless the world”…

Serve, honor and respect.
3 words that should come up if you talk about any army.
“Serve with your brothers.”
“Honor your fallen brothers”
“Respect your enemies”
3 phrases important to soldiers.
And the last one is why I have my troubles with the US army.
The fact they do not respect their enemies…

As I write, the USA probably has send out men (and women) to fight a war somewhere.
Just like they have had for years before…
Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt and many countries they have send out soldiers to, and that are in fact just the recent years….
And what do we hear?
Shaming of bodies, rapes of women and children, unnecessary killings and many, many more events that show all but respect, let alone honor…

A soldier has the worst job to think of, the killing of others, it does not need to be stigmatised, as we know it is true.
The reason most often given is the “protection of democracy”, just look at a huge amount of wars, including the one ongoing at my country of birth, Ukraine.
But is it the protection of democracy?
Looking at just the wars of the USA will give the answer, it is a no.
It is the “creation of democracy”…

Yet, what is the use of democracy?
Many countries are indeed ruled by dictators, yet all wars of the USA have given the same answer, “dictatorship does not have to be bad”, or better said “democracy is not always good”…
The thing is, people do not like things that are not exactly according to their idea, and that shows why the phrase “God bless America” exists…
As the USA does not dare to look further than patriotism, that while it is just Nationalism, just another term for it…
The same happens all over the world, as Europe has shown by the massive increase of racism and other forms of discrimination since the refugee crisis started…

To honor, serve and respect…
3 words…
3 words most used by soldiers…
And the 3 words that could be used to describe peace…
“Serve the world”
“Honor what the worlds gives you”
And
“Respect others at the world”
In the end, to get peace you need 1 thing, and that needs that phrase to change to “God bless the world”
And until not just the USA, but the whole world learns to understand that, we remain to see war, conflict and killings…
As the world needs to be together to be safe, not apart…
It is time to respect others and become closer as a world, and that needs change…
Yet, just 1 change would be able to make it happen, and that change no one dares to see as the solution…
“The takedown of the country system and becoming 1 world”
