The Tapestry of Trust

Katarzyna Dovganyuk-Krym, May 19, 2023

In a world where shadows cast their doubt,
A beacon of light, trust, we weave about.
A tapestry woven with threads of belief,
Binding hearts together, granting sweet relief.

Trust, a fragile blossom, tender and rare,
Blooms in the garden of souls who dare,
To open their hearts, vulnerable and kind,
To share their secrets, leaving fears behind.

Within its embrace, friendships are born,
A bridge connecting, weathered and worn.
Where truth finds solace and secrets find rest,
In the sanctuary, trust is the guest.

It whispers softly in moments of strife,
Guiding us through the storms of life.
A compass true, navigating unknown seas,
Unveiling the path where harmony flees.

With trust as our shield, walls start to fall,
Building bridges anew, standing tall.
Words and actions in harmony blend,
Betrayal and doubt, they cannot transcend.

For trust is the glue that binds us tight,
Igniting hope in the darkest night.
It nurtures love and fosters respect,
In its tender arms, doubts intersect.

So let us cultivate trust, day by day,
Water it with honesty, come what may.
For in its essence, we find our worth,
A treasure to cherish, the salt of the earth.

In a world that yearns for connection’s embrace,
Trust is the seed that can mend and erase.
The doubts and fears that plague our soul,
With trust as our guide, we can be whole.

Fractured trust

September 13, 2023November 18, 2023

In the labyrinth of human hearts, we delve,Where secrets whispered find their shadowed shelf,A tapestry woven with threads of deceit,Innocence lost in the dance of conceit. We’re fragile souls in a world so wide,Bound by love, yet torn deep inside,With trust as delicate as fragile glass,Cracks appear in the moments…

Sleepless Serenade: A Non-24 Journey

April 14, 2023

The sun sets and the moon does rise,But my body’s clock, a constant surprise,Ticks to its own rhythm, a unique beat,A circadian rhythm, that’s incomplete. Non-24, a condition rare,Affects my days with a curious flare,As the world sleeps, I’m wide awake,My internal clock, a stubborn ache. Days blend into nights,…

Celestial Threads

July 7, 2023November 1, 2023

In the realm where dreams reside,Where stars embrace the eventide,A tapestry of words unfurls,A poem born from cosmic swirls. In twilight’s dance, a melody’s bloom,Whispers woven, in a poet’s room,Each syllable, a sacred thread,Weaving tales, where souls are fed. Behold! A world, painted in verse,Where hearts converse, emotions rehearse,The sunlit…
